Coming and Going<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Coming and going
We come and go.
People appear in our lives; some stay, others leave.
Meetings leave traces \u2013 some visible, others hidden deep within us.
And yet, from everything we experience, our own life path emerges.
Like a tree, our lives carry the past in their roots. There are moments of turmoil, loss, and doubt. The branches break, the leaves fall, the paths change. But deep within us remains a strength that allows us to keep rising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The willpower to keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The resilience to not give up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hope that after every winter something new will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tree of Life tells of this power. Of the ability to change without losing ourselves. Of the courage to let go when something must go \u2013 and the trust to welcome the new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because life isn\u2019t about holding on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life is also a continuous process of planting new roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And perhaps the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the belief that everything we need to grow is already within us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We come; we go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are falling. We are developing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are losing. We are finding ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And as long as we have hope and believe in ourselves,
life carries us forward.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
